SLINGTECH BLADE
Bauer looked to change the game by adding a hole to the blade of the Nexus ADV to help create the easiest loading and most efficiently releasing Nexus stick ever.

Dual-Zone Stiffness Profiles
The stiff upper (in red) keeps the blade stable while the flexible lower (in blue) allows the blade to bend during puck contact which springs back during the shot release.

Reinforced Edges
Bauer made sure the Slingtech Blade is as strong and durable as any of their other elite blades. The outer blade edges and the inner hole edges were all reinforced and confirmed through over 2,000 hours of on-ice testing, lab tests and much more.
ER SPINE TECHNOLOGY
The brand new, five-sided shaft geometry improves shooting performance, dramatically reduces weight and offers a newfound level of comfort and control. The unique spine on the backhand requires significantly fewer layers of carbon fiber to achieve the same level of strength and stiffness as the usual flat surface, which plays a major factor in reducing weight.

Ergonomic Shape
The spine better contours the natural shape of the hand that results in enhanced comfort and control.

Performance Improvements
The unique shape creates a large sweet spot through the middle third speeds up the transfer of energy through the puck and makes the stick easier to load.
