Overview
The True Catalyst 7X3 Stick offers incredible elite performance, durability and shot power at an approachable price point. Clocking in at a featherlight 383 grams (85 flex), this is 27 grams lighter than the previous 7X stick and even a few grams lighter than the 9X stick but at a fraction of the cost.
From top to bottom, True rebuilt this 7X3 from the inside out including new technologies like ResFlo, Innovative Foam Core and the QRS Blade Technology. The new foam core material provides exceptional strength but simultaneously reduces weight without affecting durability or longevity. The Quad Rib System elevates energy transfer and accuracy with the four reinforcements that are strategically placed from top to bottom. Plus, the Focused Resin Flow further enhances the durability and consistency of the entire stick which is sure to exceed all expectations.
Another standout upgrade this year is the Precision Layering Design (PLD). Typically reserved for the top-end models only, this advanced carbon layering pattern helps the 7X3 achieve the same durability, strength and energy transfer properties with less material, resulting in a significant weight decrease.

GENERAL STICK FLEX AND SIZING RECOMMENDATION | |
---|---|
We recommend choosing the hockey stick flex that puts your specific height and weight at the middlemost point in both categories. A common rule of thumb is to select a flex rating by dividing your body weight in two and subtracting another 10-15 flex points. See the flex chart and articles below for more detailed information on sizing and selecting hockey sticks. |
