Each hockey cage has a different shape and bar cut, meaning some prefer a bowl shape compared to others who prefer a flat design. High end Hockey Cages utilize advanced materials such as titanium that make them stronger and lighter than steel.
CCM Hockey Helmet Cages
CCM Hockey Cages have been one of the most popular cages on the market due to their unique shape that provides top notch visibility and sleek looks. All CCM Cages except for the FM500 universally fit on other brands hockey helmets, because the FM500 can only fit on the FitLite FL500 and nothing else!
Warrior Hockey Cages
Warrior Alpha One Hockey Cages are the replacements for the Alpha One and Alpha One Pro helmets but can fit on almost any other helmet from Alkali, Bauer and CCM. It is worth to note that these Alpha One Cages will NOT fit on older Warrior helmets including the Krown Line.

Bauer Hockey Helmet Cages
Bauer Hockey offers a good selection of hockey cages, varying in price, weight, color and wire shapes. Certain hockey players prefer different wire colors, both inside and outside of the hockey helmet. The most common is a silver finish so the cage does not blend it's color with white ice or a black puck. White, which is available in a full white cage or a white interior with a black exterior, helps to bring out the black puck from the white ice. Black cages are the most traditional and generally the most inexpensive.
